Ecuadorian
Born.
I was born and grew up in Ecuador where I was spoiled with exotic local foods that came from all regions: highlands, coast and jungle. Ceviches, hornados, locros, encocados and so many more delicious dishes that became part of who I am as a chef.

Globally
Inspired.
At age 16 I moved to France with my family where I uncovered a whole world of gastronomic technique. For the next 10 years I studied, and worked and traveled all things culinary. From Europe, to the US, to Asia & the Nordics, my perspective is global.

Rooted in local ingredients, flavors and traditions, we have combed the globe to bring back new techniques, contemporary dishes and a spirit of progression to create a restaurant that tells the story of today’s Ecuador through the language of food. For us, “Ecuadorian born. Globally inspired.” is both our motto and our mini manifesto as we marry the flavors, ingredients and traditional dishes of Ecuador to create contemporary cuisine informed by our culinary adventures.
We offer both set and ala carte menus. Vegan options available.
